3.1. Official Partner betaalt per jaar, lopend van 1 juli t/m 30 juni van het daaropvolgende kalenderjaar, hierna te noemen het “Contractjaar”, als tegenprestatie voor de door haar verworven rechten uit hoofde van deze overeenkomst aan Club € XXX.000 (zegge: xx duizend euro). Daarnaast zal XX € XX aan goederen beschikbaar stellen uit de productgroep a en b (zie artikel 6.1) met ene sterke voorkeur van ‘Own brand’ artikelen.
3.2 Club behoudt zich het recht voor het bedrag als genoemd in lid 1 van dit artikel jaarlijks per 1 juli, doch voor het eerst op 1 juli 2018, conform de landelijke CBS-inflatiecorrecties (geschatte prijsindexcijfer voor de gezinsconsumptie per voorafgaand kalenderjaar, dan wel een door het CBS aangewezen vervangend prijsindexcijfer) aan te passen. Hierbij zal ieder jaar het bedrag worden aangepast in overeenstemming met de mutatie die zich heeft voorgedaan ten opzichte van de peildatum 1 juli 2016.
3.3 Het bedrag genoemd in lid 1 van dit artikel zal als volgt worden betaald:

3.1 In return for the rights it has acquired pursuant to this Agreement, Official Partner shall pay Club per year, from 1 July to 30 June of the following calendar year, hereinafter referred to as "the Contract Year" EUR XXX,000 (xx thousand euros). In addition, XX shall make goods available worth EUR XX from the product groups a and b (see Article 6.1) with a strong preference of '"Own brand' articles.
3.2 Club reserves the right to adjust the amount mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article, per 1 July, though initially at 1 July 2018, in accordance with the national CBS inflation corrections (estimated price index for household consumption per previous calendar year, or a substitute price index designated by Statistics Netherlands (CBS)). Each year, the amount will be adjusted in accordance with the change that has occurred in relation to the reference date of 1 July 2016.
3.3 The amount mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article will be paid as follows:
